New version of Phonology Assistant software released
SIL has released a new and more versatile version of its software to assist linguists investigating the sound systems and patterns of the world's lesser-known languages.
Paper on African worldview presented at Czech conference
VIVA AFRICA 2008, the 3rd International Conference on African Studies, was held recently at the University of West Bohemia in the Czech Republic. An SIL anthropologist presented a paper titled The Supernatural Category of the Non-Physical Self in Ndorobo World View.
