Introduction
 

There are many different instructional programs for teaching reading and writing. Since situations and languages vary, it is not possible to provide you with a predefined model for your instructional program. Instead, you will need to choose and modify a program that fits your situation. Once you have done that, you are ready for the task of teaching people to read and write.
