Introduction

Training delivery refers to how you will carry out personnel training.

The way you deliver training depends on such factors as

  • the amount of supporting equipment needed
  • the content to cover
  • the newness or novelty of the material to communicate, and
  • the skills you want trainees to learn.
Alternatives

  1. Do group training.
  2. Do apprentice training .
  3. Do distance training .
  4. Do self-study training .
