| Summary | |
|
Devises a few dice and marker board games in the mother tongue to use with the young and the not so young. Players follow the numbered pathway to the garden or to the school. Must read instructions and carry out directions on the way. A card may say, "There's a wild pig after you? Hurry to space 24!" Has been a great game for fun. Encourages fellowship and fluency in reading. Word mazes have also been popular. Children enjoy the challenge of looking for 10 or more mother tongue words in a maze of 100 letters. | |
